January 26, 1974 — August 24, 2015

ROCHELLE LEA NEUMANN-DOUDS, 41, of College Station, Texas, passed away at her home. Rochelle was born January 26, 1974, in Houston, Texas, the daughter Fritz J., III and Mary "Mimi" Broussard Neumann. She grew up and attended school in Sealy. After graduating from Sealy High School in 1992, Rochelle graduated from Blinn College in 1994 and then attended Texas A&M University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Health degree in 1997. In 2000, she completed the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center Radiation Therapy program. She then began her career as a Radiation Therapist at the St. Joseph Regional Cancer Center in Bryan and was later promoted to Director of the Center. A hard-core Aggie, one of her proudest moments was walking across the stage to receive her diploma from Texas A&M. A season ticket holder of Aggie football, she would travel through hell or high water to ensure that she never missed an opportunity to root her Aggies on to victory. She married William "Bill" Douds on April 20, 2012 in College Station. They made their home in College Station, a city that was near and dear to Rochelle''s heart. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister and aunt, and truly treasured her family. She also was a passionate caregiver, especially for cancer patients, and an active member of the Cowboy Fellowship of Aggieland. She is survived by her HUSBAND: William "Bill" Douds of College Station; DAUGHTERS: Sydney Iris Siptak and Samantha Marie Siptak, both of Houston; PARENTS: Fritz J., III and Mimi Neumann of Sealy; SISTER: Stephanie Kalkomey and her husband, Allen; NIECE: Sloane Kalkomey; NEPHEW: Cash Kalkomey; all of Weston Lakes; UNCLE: Edwin "Bubba" Broussard and his wife, Rindi, of Cherokee; AUNT: JoAnn Hinze of Bellville; and many cousins and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents. Friends who wish may make memorial gifts in memory of Rochelle to The Cowboy Fellowship of Aggieland Ministry Fund, c/o Pastor Todd Keller, P.O.
