Billie Martin Hughes

BILLIE MARTIN HUGHES, 85, of Katy, Texas, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2015, in Houston, Texas. She was born July 23, 1929, in Houston, Texas, the daughter of David Odessa and Anna Cooper Martin. Billie was an active member of the First United Methodist Church in Houston, where she was the prayer group leader. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and especially loved time spent with her family. Billie is survived by her SONS: Nelson Hughes and his wife Susan, of Tomball, Ron Hughes of Katy, and Greg Hughes and his wife, Edita, of Katy; SISTER: Gail Trice and her husband, Mike, of Houston; GRANDCHILDREN: Duke, Tanya, David, Duncan, Anna and Brandon; GREAT GRANDCHILDREN: Jayden, Keegan, Addison, Duke T. and Jessie.
