LISA DAWN GREGORY WOLD, of Katy, passed away Monday, January 19, 2015, in Houston after a courageous battle with cancer. Lisa was born July 21, 1957, in Hempstead, Texas. The daughter of Dudley G. and Lucille Wendt Gregory, Lisa grew up and attended school in the Brookshire-Pattison area, graduating with honors from Royal High School. Lisa married Richard Archie Wold on April 17, 1993, in Pattison, Texas. They made their home in Houston where Lisa was employed as a Medical Technologist at St. Luke''s Episcopal Hospital. Lisa and Richard later moved to Katy and were members of the Pattison United Methodist Church. Richard preceded Lisa in death on October 2, 2005. Lisa enjoyed crocheting, embroidery, and quilting. An avid animal lover, she was especially devoted to her many cats. She is survived by her SISTERS: Judy Munoz of Pattison, and Mary Mynatt and her husband, Hoke Lee of Knoxville, Tennessee; NIECES: Wynona Blakeney and her husband, Doyle, of Wallis, Laura Reynolds and her husband, Brian, of Tennessee, Janet McNee and her husband, Ed, also of Tennessee, and Michelle Bishop of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and NEPHEW: Seth Cullins of Pattison. Also surviving Lisa are her GREAT NEPHEWS: Theron Godbold and his wife, Tami, and Kyle Cullins; GREAT NIECE: Kaitlyn Cullins; and many other dear friends and relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, one sister, Rebecca Cummings and her husband, Charles Cummings.
