Ignac S. "Ike" Brzymialkiewicz

Ignac S. "Ike" Brzymialkiewicz of Chappell Hill, Texas, passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2014 in Bellville, Texas at the age of 85. Ike was born in Bellville, Texas to Max and Mary (Kwiatkowski) Brzymialkiewicz and grew up in Bellville, Hempstead and Chappell Hill. He attended school in Hempstead. He was a farmer by trade, farming cotton, corn and milo. Ike enjoyed playing cards, bingo and dominoes. He always helped everyone by volunteering with Meals on Wheels, delivered groceries to those in need, kept up the church grounds and drove for the Priest in Chappell Hill. Ike was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #11277, Chappell Hill. Ike is survived by nieces Bernice Harlan of Bellville, Texas, and Rosie Brzymialkiewicz of Bellville, Texas; nephews James Brymm and wife, Dorothy, of Cypress; Bruno Lee Brymm and wife, Mary, of Hempstead; special cousin Pauline Jacobs of Brenham, Texas; numerous great nieces and nephews, great great nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Max and Mary Brzymialkiewicz; and infant brother Edmond Brzymialkiewicz; brothers and sisters in law, Billie and Suzzay Brzymialkiewicz, Bruno and Gertrude Brzymialkiewicz, and nephew Edmond Brzymialkiewicz. Pallbearers will be Daniel Faterkowski, Tim Murski, Alex Brzymialkiewicz, Alton Jacobs, Shorty Kwiatkowski, Julian Bednarek, Johnny Kopycinski, and Jimmy Brzymialkiewicz. Memorials may be made in the name of "IKE" to the Hospice Brazos Valley, 302 East Blue Bell Road, Brenham, Texas 77833.
