Margie Wieprecht

MARGIE KEEFER WIEPRECHT, 89, of Industry, passed away Monday, June 30, 2014, in Industry. Margie was born August 12, 1924, in George, Texas, the daughter of Tom and Sarah Guinn Keefer. She grew up and attended school in North Zulch. Margie married Oland G. Wieprecht on February 20, 1947, in Madisonville, Texas. They made their home in West University Place in Houston for 47 years where Margie was employed as the cafeteria manager at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School. In 1996, Margie and O. G. moved to Austin County. Margie enjoyed cooking and gardening. O. G. preceded Margie in death on June 13, 1997. Margie is survived by her SON: Barry Wieprecht and his wife, Sue; GRANDSONS: Brent Wieprecht and his wife, Laura, and Stephen Wieprecht and his wife, Camille; GREAT GRANDCHILDREN: Anna and Lean Wieprecht; and SPECIAL NIECE: Shirlie Keefer. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband O. G., grandson Michael Guinn Wieprecht, and siblings Bill Keefer, Houston Keefer, Clara Belle Keefer, Austin Keefer, Polly West, Gertie Gustine and Milton Keefer. Graveside Service was held at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, July 2, 2014, at the Keefer Family Cemetery in North Zulch, Texas with Reverend Johnnie Crocker of Sand Prairie Baptist Church in George, Texas officiating.
