Mildred L. Daech

Mildred L. Daech, 96, of Richmond, Texas, passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2014, at S.P.J.S.T. Nursing Home. Mildred was born on March 7, 1918, in Waverly, Illinois, to parents James Albert Ward and Elizabeth Florence McMahan Ward. She grew up and attended schools in Illinois. She later became a seamstress and had her own business working from home. Mildred was preceded in death by her parents, DAUGHTER: Janet Rushing, siblings, first husband: Lowell Raymond Qualles and GRANDSON: Greg Strocher. She is survived by her DAUGHTER: Sharon Wilson and husband, Bob, of Murray, Kentucky; SISTER: Margaret Ward; GRANDDAUGHTERS: Sandy Matthews and husband, Mike of Richmond, Cindy Ploch and husband, Kevin of Fairfield, and Susan Hill and husband Gale of Sedona, Arizona; GRANDSONS: Phillip Strocher and wife, Suzanne of Pottsboro, John Strocher III and wife, Kelly of Missouri City, Bryan Wilson of Murry, Kentucky; GREAT GRANDCHILDREN: Jennifer Ploch, Joseph Ploch and wife, Amanda, Stephanie Godines and husband, Dave, Jessica Matthews, Connor Strocher, Caitlin Strocher, Zoe Strocher, Kristopher Hill, Brieana Hill; GREAT GREAT GRANDCHILDREN: Lane Silar, Katlynn Ploch, Brayden Godines and Adrianna Godines. Those who wish may make memorial gifts to the charity of their choice. There will be no services held for Mildred L. Daech at this time.
