MARK EDWARD HONEYSETTE , 42, of Katy, passed away suddenly into the arms of his loving Savior on Thursday, February 7, 2013. Mark was born October 5, 1970 in Grand Rapids, Michigan to parents Darcy L. and Marylou Call Honeysette. He grew up and attended school in Michigan. On September 15, 2006, he married Nicole DeLaat. Mark and Nicole moved to Texas six years ago. They have made their home in Katy where they have been members of the Parkway Fellowship Church. An avid outdoorsman, Mark enjoyed fishing and hunting. And he truly enjoyed spending time with his dog and close friend, Tugger. Mark was a loving, caring and compassionate person who loved giving to and helping others. He had a huge heart and a great sense of humor. He loved life, his family and his friends. Mark will be sadly missed by all who knew him. His passing has left a large void in the lives and hearts of many. May God speed Mark to his final resting place. Mark was preceded in death by his father, Darcy, and his brother, Randy. He is survived by his wife: Nicole Honeysette of Katy; DAUGHTERS: Brittnie McDaniel and her husband, Jason, of Union City, Tennessee, Danielle Honeysette of Lowell, Michigan, Veronica Rainey and her husband, Dustin, of Union City, Tennessee; SON: Justin Stowe of Grand Rapids, Michigan; GRANDCHILDREN: Jordan, Anderson, Lacey, Lakyn and Taylor; MOTHER: Marylou Honeysette of Trufant, Michigan; BROTHERS: Rick Honeysette and his wife, Esther, of Newaygo, Michigan, and Brian Honeysette and his wife, Elizabeth, of Caledonia, Michigan; SISTER: Cheryl Schuler and her husband, Ron, of Carlsbad, New Mexico; FATHER-IN-LAW AND MOTHER-IN-LAW: Dave and Nancy DeLaat of Katy; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
