Survivors: WIFE: Elizabeth Bissett; DAUGHTERS: Vicki Clevinger and her husband, Ed, Diane Newman and her husband, Craig, Jamie Gurka and her husband, Bruce; SON: James Bissett, Jr., and his wife, Johnna; GRANDCHILDREN: Ashley Cummings and Jeff, Stephanie Gurka, Curtis Gurka, Michael Newman, Mary Shipman and Wes, Justin Bissett and Meacheala Fernandez; GREAT GRANDSON: Colton Cummings; BROTHERS: Albert Bissett and his wife, Linda, Toots Bissett and his wife, Patricia; SISTER: Sissy Kahla and her husband, Sid. Body will lie in state from 9:30 A.M.-10:30 A.M., Friday, May 27, 2011, at the Schmidt Funeral Home in Brookshire. Graveside Service will follow at 11:00 A.M., in the Fulshear Cemetery with Dr. J. Edward Clevinger officiating.
