Vicki Sue Lockett, "Memaw", passed away on October 16, 2010 in Bellville, TX. Vicki was born April 28, 1955 in Ft. Worth, TX, the daughter of Bob and Betty Patton Fox. She graduated from Bellville High School in 1973. Shortly after graduation she followed in her father's footsteps and attended Texas A&M University. Her career took her around the world as she educated American first responders on Weapons of Mass Destruction. Locally she had served her community as a Paramedic for several years, as well as volunteered as a guest instructor at Texas A&M Annual Fire School for 18 years. Vicki's four children and nine grandchildren were her passion in life. She most often referred to them as her "Crew". Her smiles, laughter, and recipes will live on forever through the many lives she touched. Memaw's grandchildren will always remember her by: Cody - "playing baseball in the backyard" Kade - "watching the clouds on the trampoline" Gabby - "going swimming with her at GiGi's" Cort - "her cooking" Cayley - "reading books and playing with Doc" Connor - "cuddling on the couch watching movies" Kyle - "practicing soccer in the backyard" Jaci - "jumping on the trampoline and decorating cookies" Avery - "coloring and playing games" As Memaw would say - Live, Love , and Laugh Often
