Victor Daniel Balusek

Victor was born October 30, 1928, in Placedo, Texas, the son of Frank F. and Fannie Julia Dusek Balusek. He was the youngest of five children. He graduated from Eagle Lake High School on May of 1946. He worked at Spalinger Hardware in Eagle Lake before joing the United States Army where he served his country. On May 18, 1968, he was united in marriage to Dolores Brast. They made their home in Sealy, Texas and were members of the Christain City Fellowship Church. Victor was first employed with Schindler Brothers Steel and later he worked for W.A. Virnau's and Sons Inc. where he retired. Completed his honey-do's around the house and decided to seek employment again. He then went to work as a shpping clerk at Stigall Sales. Victor was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Roland and Ted. He is survived by his wife, Dolores Balusek; son and daughter-in-law, Vincent and Lori Balusek and duaghter, Valerie Balusek. Grandchildren Josh, Lexi and Kamryn all of Sealy. Victor was also survived by his sisters, Lydia Jochetz of Bedford, Texas and Henrietta Lockwood of Katy, Texas and numerous other nieces, nephews and friends.
