Arlys Mae (Bandimere) Eastman, 89, of Sealy, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, in Katy, Texas.

Arlys was born August 5, 1933, in St. Cloud, Minnesota, to Lester and Elenor (Kloos) Bandimere. She grew up in Minnesota before moving to California at 17. Arlys lived in Whittier, moved to Ontario in 1978, then to Apple Valley in 1989 before making her home in Texas in 2004. In July of 1952, she was united in marriage with Raymond G. Eastman in Whittier, California. A homemaker, Arlys was a caring wife, mother, and step-grandmother. She treasured every moment she spent with her family. Arlys was a member of the Cancer Angels and the Red Hat Society. In her spare time, Arlys enjoyed playing cards with ladies in Sealy and Bellville.

She is survived by her daughter: Sherril Carrig and husband, Ed, of San Felipe; son: Ted Eastman and wife, Janet, Apple Valley, CA; step-grandchildren: Laura and Jason; sister: Vonna Brook of Camrillo, CA; and sister-in-law: Annie Bandimere of North San Juan, CA.

Arlys was preceded in death by her husband: Raymond Eastman; parents: Lester and Elenor Bandimere; and brothers: Les and Keith Bandimere.
