Billie Frances Morris

Billie Frances Morris, 90, of Pattison, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, in Bellville, Texas.

Billie was born March 17, 1931, in Houston, Texas, the daughter of Hulon and Francis (Wilpitz) Wilson. She grew up in Pattison, Texas, graduating from Pattison High School. Billie furthered her education by attending nursing school through Bellville Hospital where she became a licensed vocational nurse. She provided care as an LVN at nursing homes in the Brookshire area.

Billie is survived by her son:  Benny Philipp and his wife, Verosa, of Pattison; stepsons:  Clayton Philipp and his wife, Susan, of Las Vegas and Brian Philipp and his wife, Jamie, of Rosenberg; stepdaughter: Cheryl Black and her husband, Brian, of Junction; grandsons: David Philipp and his wife, Stephanie, Thomas Philipp and his wife, Shelly, Mark Philipp and his wife, Jennifer, and Benjamin Philipp and his wife, Sarah; eleven great-grandchildren: Amber, Garrett, Wallace, Ashley, Jessie, Lauren, Haylee, Jediah, Hadessah, Azalia, and Rachel; and other family: Amy Boling of Orchard.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Hulon and Frances Wilson.
