BILLY CHRIS HENSKE, 67, of Bellville, Texas, went to be with the Lord Wednesday, February 14, 2018, at his home, surrounded by his family. He was born March 19, 1950, in Bellville, Texas, the son of Ervin Charles and Ruth (Wiese) Henske. Billy was baptized and confirmed at the Phillipsburg Church. He grew up and attended schools in the Bellville area. Billy joined the United States Marine Corp. prior to graduation. He served his country during the Vietnam War obtaining the rank of Sergeant and was honorably discharged in 1975. Billy was united in marriage to Becky Kraemer on June 18, 1977, in Brenham. He was employed for over 42 years with Textube in Houston as a Foreman. Billy was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Brenham, Bellville VFW Post 6522, Bellville American Legion Post 115 and Semper Fi Society of Sealy. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing dominoes. Billy is survived by his wife of over 40 years: Becky Henske of Bellville; daughter: Amanda Leigh Gaston and her husband, Zachary of Hockley; son: Christopher Charles Henske of Bellville; granddaughters: Zoe Elizabeth Gaston and Ava Madelyn Gaston; brother: Terry Henske of League City; brother-in-law: A.V. Hartman of Katy; sister-in-law and husband: Linda and Jerry Doyle of Lockhart; brother-in-law: James Kraemer of Burton; uncle and aunt: Will and Flora Henske of Spring; and special friends and co-workers: Susan Coakley and Lorna Miller and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other dear family and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Ervin C. and Ruth Henske, his sister, Nancy Hartman, father and mother-in-law, Charlie and Virginia Kraemer. Pallbearers are Keith Krause, Owen Krause, Art Remmert, David Price, Gary Winkelmann and Monroe Allen Wienecke.
