Carl Peter Freiermuht

CARL PETER FREIERMUHT, JR., 62, of Bellville, Texas, passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at his home in Bellville.

He was born July 13, 1959, in Cobleskill, New York, the son of Carl Peter, Sr., and Shirley Diamond Freiermuht.  Carl grew up and attended schools in Schenectady, New York, graduating from Mount Pleasant High School.  He moved to Houston, Texas, in 1977.  He was employed as a carpenter for 32 years with Spring Branch ISD, retiring from a supervisor position in 2017. In his spare time, Carl enjoyed woodworking.

He is survived by his wife of over 15 years: Diana Vega Freiermuht of Bellville, TX; son: Joshua Craig Freiermuht of Giddings, TX; daughter: Emma Raquel Freiermuht of Bellville, TX; son: Andres “Andy” Freiermuht of Bellville, TX; grandchildren: Ally Rae Freiermuht of San Antonio, TX, and Lynnin Pearl Freiermuht of Buffalo, TX; sisters: Alice Freiermuht, Roberta (Joseph) Broughton, Beverly (Paul) Gore, all of Schenectady, NY, and Theresa (Richard) Hanson of Knoxville, TN; brother: Charles (Susan) Freiermuht, and William (Marie) Freiermuht, both of Schenectady, NY; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and dear friends.

Carl was preceded in death by his parents, Carl, Sr., and Shirley Freiermuht, and sister, Sharon Lynn Kent.
