Charles Francis Kasprowicz

CHARLES FRANCIS KASPROWICZ, 75, of Bellville, Texas, passed away Saturday, February 1, 2020, in Katy, Texas.

He was born August 29, 1944, in Brenham, Texas, the son of Frank and Valeria (Kopycinski) Kasprowicz. Charles grew up in Brenham and attended St. Mary’s Catholic School before graduating from Brenham High School. After high school, he enrolled in Blinn College. Charles was united in marriage with Denice LaFerney on October 11, 1969, in Brenham, Texas. He was employed as a construction superintendent in the oil and gas industry. Charles was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. In his spare time, he enjoyed bowling, woodworking, camping, fishing, and playing cards and dominoes. Charles had a great love for his family, and especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great granddaughter.


He was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #9268. In addition to his dedication to fundraising with the Knights of Columbus, he financially supported several other charitable organizations.


Charles is survived by his wife, Denice Kasprowicz; daughter, Angella Kemper and her husband, Heath; sons, Mike Kasprowicz and his wife, Cassie, and Edward Kasprowicz and his wife, Jessica, all of Bellville; grandchildren: Nick, Noah, Carson, Brianna, Luke, Lane, Ava, Todd and Mia; great grandchild, Keagan; sisters, Esther Hart, Elizabeth Alexander, Agnes Gerland, Margaret Kasprowicz and Cindy Whitehead; brother, Tom Kasprowicz; and numerous nieces, nephews, and dear family and friends.


He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Valeria Kasprowicz, brothers, Dan and Robert, and sister, Gladys Marie.


Pallbearers are Nicholas Noska, Noah Noska, Carson Kemper, Luke Kasprowicz, Lane Kasprowicz and Todd Kasprowicz.


Honorary Pallbearers are Jerry Lee, Chris Daniels, Joey Higginbotham, Steve Clark, Steve Jones, Danny Kasprowicz and Chris Manthei.
