Dayna Leigh Pickett

Dayna Leigh Pickett, 56, of Katy, Texas, passed away on October 4, 2018.On February 14, 1962, God sent Jim and Shirley (Love) Prewett a precious valentine gift: a beautiful daughter whom they named Dayna Leigh. Dayna ended her life’s journey to her creator on October 4, 2018.She grew up in the Rice-Village area of Houston, attended Bellaire High School, and earned a bachelor’s degree in management from Texas A&M University.Dayna was united in marriage with Terry Pickett on November 11, 1989 in Houston. She was employed as an office manager in the medical field. Dayna maintained her university pride and frequently attended Texas A&M football games. Antique sales appealed to Dayna because she appreciated finding treasures.
