Dennis Dean Mullins

DENNIS DEAN MULLINS, 89, of Sealy, Texas, passed away Friday, October 11, 2024, at his home. He was born at home in Poplar Grove, Ohio, on May 2, 1935, the son of Harry Bernard and Edna Shanks Mullins. Dennis grew up and attended schools in the Dayton area, graduating from Spring Valley Township High School in 1953. A machinist by trade, he was employed by General Electric. Dennis was united in marriage to Ruby Williams, in 1956, in Ohio. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing miniature golf and board games with Ruby, bowling, and watching Nascar and the Atlanta Braves. Dennis is survived by his sons: Anthony Mullins and his wife, Norma, of Sealy, and David Michael Mullins of North Carolina; siblings: Peg Underwood and her husband, Ed, of Indiana, John Mullins and his wife, Michelle, of Ohio, and Jack Mullins and his wife, Carol, of Ohio; daughter-in-law: Mary Ann Mullins of Washington; and numerous other family and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his parents: Harry and Edna Mullins; wife: Ruby Mullins; brother: Bill Mullins; and son: Rick Mullins.
