ELVERA ANN (McCLURE) BEAMAN, 64, of Bellville, Texas, passed away Tuesday, November 14, 2017, at her home. She was born May 13, 1953, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Marshall and Maddalena (Veri) McClure. Elvera grew up and attended schools in the Pittsburgh area, graduating from Edgewood High School.  She was united in marriage to Bruce Beaman on January 5, 1991, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They made their home in Bellville, where she was self-employed as an Interior Decorator.  Elvera attended Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Bellville and was on the Board for Habitat for Humanity of Austin County.  She was a kind and giving person, she enjoyed cooking, decorating, shopping and gardening. She was also an avid traveler and loved watching the Pittsburgh Steelers and a fan of the Grateful Dead. Elvera is survived by her husband: Bruce Beaman of Bellville; mother: Maddalena McClure of Bellville; daughter: Rebecca Clendening and her husband, Matthew, of Bellville and LoRetta Godwin and her husband, Jim, of Louisiana; grandson: Robby Piker of Corpus Christi and sister-in-law: Lisa Damron of Florida; numerous family and dear friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Marshall McClure and brother, Frank Damron. Pallbearers are Matt Clendening, Robby Piker, Jim Godwin, Ted Bashinski, Zach Pouncy and David Toole.
