Ethan James Reep

ETHAN JAMES REEP, 12, of Bellville, Texas, passed away suddenly early Monday morning, July 17, 2023, in Sealy, Texas.

He was born November 14, 2010, in Brenham, Texas, the son of Andrew Douglas and Heather Kathleen (Owen) Reep.  Ethan grew up in Bellville and attended Bellville Junior High School.  He enjoyed going to school and learning new things, especially weird facts, and playing in the band; he also enjoyed playing video games, watching YouTube videos, swimming, and hanging out with his brothers with the occasional fighting that would go on when you have all boys. Ethan had a love for football, and he played for the Bellville Youth Football League for a few years.

He is survived by his parents: Andrew and Heather Reep of Bellville; brothers: Wayne, Evan, and Wyatt Reep; all of Bellville; maternal grandparents: Mark and Renee Owen of Bellville; paternal grandparents: Lupe and Theresa Rodriguez of Brenham; great-grandmothers: Helen Terpstra of Kingwood, and Barbara Owen of Bellville; his awesome Aunt Heidi; special friends: Kaleb Marcus of Bellville, and Maddie Westrup of Bellville; and numerous other family members and dear friends.

Ethan was preceded in death by his great-grandmother: Shirley Devine; and great-grandfathers: Harold Owen, and Leroy Lester who all cherished him.

Pallbearers are Wayne Reep, Evan Reep, Jose Rodriguez, Jr., Kaleb Marcus, Chad Oliver, and Colt Keller.

Honorary Pallbearers are the Bellville Youth Football League and Ethan's Graduation Class of 2029.
