Francisca Magdalena Montoya

FRANCISCA MAGDALENA MONTOYA, 61, of Pattison, Texas, passed away Monday, June 3, 2019, in Katy.

Francisca was born June 24, 1957, in Laredo, Mexico, the daughter of Ernesto and Carmen (Gonzales) Tobias. A homemaker, Francisca was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She treasured the time she was able to spend with her family and enjoyed watching her favorite soap operas.

Francisca is survived by her husband: Ernesto Acosta of Pattison; daughters: Maria Martinez of Katy, Margarita Villagomez and husband, Alex, of Waller, Carmen Coronado and husband, Jose, of Waller, and Frances Montoya and husband, Carlos, of Houston; sons: Juan Montoya and wife, Guillermina, of Brookshire, Julio Montoya of Mexico, and Samuel Montoya and wife, Norma, of Brookshire; grandchildren: Elizabeth Garcia, Valerie Martinez, George Martinez, Alexis Jones, Rebekah Serrano, Laura Rodriguez, Juan Zuita, Felipe Lopez, Iris Mendoza, Amy Montoya, Anthony Montoya, Natalie Montoya, Emily Perez, Denise Infante, Steven Westmoreland, Janida Hernandez, Erwin Hernandez, Magdeline Centeno, Leslie Coronado, Evelyn Coronado, Jose Coronado, Sebastian Montoya, Samantha Montoya, Oziel Montoya, Maya Lewis, Jasmine Montoya, Julio Montoya, Jr., and Joel Montoya; twenty-one great-grandchildren; sister: Dalia Gomez; and brother: Juan Carlos Tobias.

She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Kayla.
