Frank Rudolph Radler, skilled craftsman and beloved member of his community, passed away peacefully on November 6, 2024, at the age of 93 at home in Cedar Park, Texas. Born on March 17, 1931, in Hitchcock, Texas, Frank's life was characterized by his unwavering dedication to his loved ones, his passion for his work, and his enjoyment of life's simple pleasures. Frank was a proud graduate of La Marque High School, where he participated in baseball, football, and basketball. His strong work ethic and hands-on skills led him to a fulfilling career, first as an operator with Monsanto and later as a carpenter with Sterling Chemicals in Texas City, Texas. His meticulous craftsmanship and reliability made him a respected figure both on and off the job site. The heart of Frank's world was his family. He was a devoted husband to his late wife, Mary Lou Radler. Together, they raised a family that included their daughter Laura, their son Greg, and their daughter Marilyn. Frank's role as a father was one, he cherished deeply, instilling values of hard work, integrity, and kindness in his children. Frank's family circle grew with the addition of his daughter-in-law, Donna, and his adored grandchildren, Emma Lane, Kellyn, and Conner. He took immense joy in their accomplishments and milestones, always offering a listening ear and words of wisdom. Beyond his family, Frank was known for his love of baking and gardening. Friends were often the lucky recipients of his delicious baked goods, which included pies and his famous banana pudding. His pecan trees and fruit trees were a source of pride and joy, a testament to his patience and care. He is survived by his children, Laura, Greg (Donna), and Marilyn; and his grandchildren, Emma Lane, Kellyn, and Conner, who will carry forward his memory with love and honor. A service to celebrate Frank's life will be held on November 12, 2024, at 1:30 p.m. at Brookshire Methodist Church, 707 Cooper Street, Brookshire, TX 77423.
