Gilberto Benito Ruiz Villagomez

GILBERTO BENITO RUIZ VILLAGOMEZ was born March 20, 1938, to parents, Macario Ruiz Villagomez and Josefa Ruiz, in Ciudad Hidalgo, Chiapas, Mexico. He passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 21, 2013, at the age of 75, in Brookshire, Texas. Gilberto grew up and attended schools in Mexico before receiving the rank of Corporal in the Mexican Army. After 19 years of service, he moved to the United States in 1979. He married the love of his life, Petra Vallejo Ruiz on January 6, 1981, in Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico. He spent most of his time cattle ranching, and he loved to spend time with his family. Gilbert Benito is survived by his WIFE of 32 years: Petra Vallejo Ruiz of Brookshire, Texas; CHILDREN: Benito Ruiz of Chino, California, Gilberto Benito Ruiz, Jr., of Palmdale, California, Miguel Angel Ruiz of Pacoima, California, Ruz Ruiz of Houston Texas, Eva Ruiz of Pacoima, California, Jocelyn Ruiz of Houston, Texas, Ezequiel Ruiz of Brookshire, Texas, Angel Ruiz of Brookshire, Texas, Evan Ruiz of Brookshire, Texas, Richard Ruiz of Brookshire, Texas, Vanessa Ruiz of Brookshire, Texas; and nine grandkids.
