Gwendolyn Sue Stokley, 72, of McKenzie, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2024.

Gwendolyn was born on January 11, 1952, to Jack Ross and Geraldyn Tuck in Wichita Falls, Texas. She grew up in Wichita Falls, Texas where she graduated from school. She married the love of her life, Alton Stokley, in January of 1973 in Houston, Texas. Gwendolyn worked as a bookkeeper at a tax preparation office. She enjoyed crocheting for her friends and family. You could always count on her to be at church where she found strength in her faith. Everyone that knew her instantly loved her. She could reach people around her with her enthusiasm, love, and warm spirit.

She is survived by her daughter: Teresa Parker and husband, Curt, of McKenzie, Tennessee; grandchildren: Philip M. Jatropulus and wife Alayna Jatropulus, Isabelle E. Jatropulus and husband Jermon Ladd, Helena G. Jatropulus and fiancé Eric M. Wilson, and Joyce D. Stokley; great-grandchildren: Sophia Jatropulus, Camille E. Jatropulus, Emberly Jatropulus, Cyrus G. Jatropulus, Galileo J. Wilson, and Giovanna E. Wilson; special friend: Billy Wynn.

Gwendolyn is preceded in death by her husband; Alton Stokley and son; David W. Stokley.
