Joyce Anne Feldt

JOYCE ANNE (GIFFORD) FELDT, 82, of Bellville, Texas, passed away Monday, November 2, 2020, in Bellville.

She was born October 15, 1938, in San Juan, Texas, the daughter of Henry Alfred and Grace (Wisdom) Gifford.  Joyce grew up and attended schools in the Galena Park area, graduating from Galena Park High School.  She was employed as a district clerk for the Houston Independent School District for many years.

Joyce was united in marriage to Carl Feldt in Pasadena, Texas, on March 22, 1958. She enjoyed writing her own book, making calendars, and greeting cards.  Joyce never got discouraged, loved being around all her friends and family, never met a stranger, and always loved cardinals.

She is survived by her husband of over 62 years: Carl Feldt of Bellville; sons: David Feldt and his wife, Elizabeth, and Mark Feldt and his wife, Kimberly, all of Houston; grandsons: Scott Feldt and Max Feldt; sister: Grace Porter of Dallas; and numerous other dear family and friends.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Grace Gifford.
