Julius John Jozwiak, 82, of Katy, Texas, passed away on Saturday, December 24, 2022, in Houston, Texas.
Julius was born October 26, 1940, in Hempstead, Texas, to Charlie and Puarly (Mikolajewski) Jozwiak. He grew up in Hempstead, graduating from Hempstead High School. From 1962 to 1966, Julius served in the U.S. Army. He was a machinist for many years. Julius treasured quality time with his family. In his spare time, Julius enjoyed race cars, watching western movies, and reading, especially westerns.
He is survived by his daughter: Teresa Bajew and husband, Andre, of Katy; son: Jeffrey Jozwiak and wife, Sylvia, of Magnolia; granddaughters: Amber Sosebee and husband, Austin, Lauren Hendricks and husband, Corey, Sydni Jozwiak and fiance, Caleb, and Liza Parker and husband, Matt; grandsons: Lance Hartman and wife, Jennifer, Tyler Hartman, and Brian Bajew; great-grandchildren: Colt, Brooks, Case, Bennet, Riggs, Mackenzie, Rhyder, Luke, Hayden, and Hunter; sister: Evelyn Sprague of Hamilton; several nieces and nephews; numerous cousins; many friends; and Jamie Jozwiak.
Julius was preceded in death by his parents: Charlie and Puarly Jozwiak; sister: Charlene Ryals; and grandson: Andrew Bajew.
