Kathleen S. Satterwhite

Kathleen (Kathy) Satterwhite, 67, of Bellville, TX, was called home by her Heavenly Father on September 12, 2020.

She was born on April 27, 1953, in Denver, CO to Robert E. Stafford, Jr. and Dorothy C. Stafford. Kathy graduated from Bellville High School in 1971. She enjoyed being active in Speech and Drama events at school. She also enjoyed singing many solos and duets with friends at church and with the youth group. Kathy married her lifetime Valentine, Michael D. Satterwhite, Sr. on February 14, 1975. They celebrated 45 years of marriage.

Kathy is survived by her husband: Michael D. Satterwhite, Sr. sons: Michael D. Satterwhite II, and his wife, Cara D.  and Tyler A. Satterwhite, all of Bellville, TX; sister: Sharon K. Whitley and her husband, Michael, of Houston; grandchildren: Michael D. Satterwhite III, and Taylor E. Satterwhite; step-grandchildren: Taylor P. Canton, Anna R. Canton, Aiden J. Wendt; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and a niece.

She was reunited in Heaven with her parents Robert E. Stafford, Dorothy Stafford, her precious grandparents, and several aunts and uncles, and a niece.

Kathy faithfully served as a Special Education Teacher at Selman Elementary School. She was a beloved teacher until her retirement. She loved painting and doing many forms of artwork. Her family was her number one priority. She also loved her pets, and travel cruising.
