KENNETH ARNOLD LEENEN, 80, passed away Friday, February 9, 2018, in San Antonio. He was born March 3, 1937, to Arnold Henry and Ryllis Ruth (Rudloff) Leenen, in Bellville, Texas. Kenneth graduated from Sealy High School. He attended Sam Houston State University, where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry. He married June Gentry in Rusk, Texas on November 14, 1964. After graduating, Kenneth worked for Imperial Sugar in Sugar Land. When he wasn’t working, Kenneth enjoyed many hobbies such as stamp collecting, tending to the garden and cross stitching. He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Sealy, and was a Master Gardener. Kenneth is survived by his wife, June (Gentry) Leenen; his two daughters, Vanessa De La Rosa of Pflugerville, and Margaret Palm and her husband, Michael, of Boerne; his grandchildren, Noah, Elizabeth, Mickey and David. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends. Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Arnold Henry and Ryllis Ruth Leenen.
