LARRY KEITH MORELAND, 78, passed away Saturday, February 10, 2018, in Bellville, Texas. He was a 1939 model, born on the 27th of May, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, the son of Vern and Katherine (Blevins) Moreland. Larry was raised by his Aunt Marie and Uncle Fred Kyle on Turkey Creek just south of Ignorant Hill in Seminole, Oklahoma, where he attended Varnum School. Larry worked in the oil and gas industry from the age of 14 until he retired. He was an avid motorcyclist, an old school biker and an old school cowboy. Larry lived life to the fullest, managed to cram 10 lifetimes worth of experiences into one. To say the least; Larry Moreland was a character known by many. He had a special rapport with animals and people that touched many in his life. Larry is survived by his sons: Kirk Moreland and his wife, Billy, and their two children, CK and Shannon, Keith Moreland and his wife, Lori, and their three children, Kendra, Kyle and Kayla and Kendall Moreland and his wife, Barbara, and their son, Kane; his daughter: Tammy Thomas and her son, Chase, and his friend and love, Molly Vaquera; and his great grandchildren: Audrey, Brielle, Aislyn and Raylee. He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Kay Moreland, daughter, Dian Moreland and brother, George Loveland.
