Maria Isabel (Morales) Garza

MARIA ISABEL (MORALES) “Pia” GARZA, 56, of Bellville, Texas, passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2017, in Prairie View, Texas. She was born July 2, 1961, in Mexico, the daughter of Valentine Morales and Maria (Santos) Cerda. Maria came to the United States, when she was just six years old.  She was a Certified Nurse’s Assistant for many years and later was employed at Faith Academy as a housekeeper.  Maria enjoyed sewing and baking, going to garage sales and yard sales, and collecting antiques. She is survived by her husband, Juan Garza of Bellville; children: Olivia Morales (Omar Adan), of Bellville, Jose Loredo ( Maria Chavez), of Sealy, and Gonzalo Loredo (Anna Ceballos), of Bellville; sisters: Maria Rodriguez (Juan), Rosemary Rodriguez (Victor), and Griselda Cerda, all of Bellville; brothers: Roy Cerda, Raymando Cerda, and Hugo Cerda, all of Bellville, Rolando Cerda (Lisa), of Sealy; grandchildren: Jade Velicity Adan, Omar Adan, Jr., Alex Loredo, Daniel Loredo, Savannah Loredo, and Sophia Loredo; father: Rogelio Cerda and numerous nieces, nephews, and other dear family and friends.
