Maria Rafaela Olvera Espino

MARIA RAFAELA OLVERA ESPINO, 9 months of Bellville, Texas, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2024, in Houston, Texas.

She was born May 3, 2023, in Katy, Texas, the daughter of Adrian Olvera and Irma Espino.

Maria was such a joyful baby, she brought so much happiness to everyone.  Her laughter was very contagious.  Maria’s smile would brighten your day.  She was sent from Heaven to Earth just months after her maternal grandmother, Rafaela, passed away.  The Lord knew that her family needed a precious baby girl.  She brought peace to each of her family members.  Maria was a beautiful baby girl.

She is survived by her parents: Adrian and Irma; sister: Jetzy Olvera; brothers: Gerardo and Brandon Olvera; maternal grandfather: Antonio Espino Escimilla; paternal grandmother: Rosa Maria Lira; three aunts; three uncles; and numerous other relatives and family friends.

Maria was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother: Rafaela Gonzalez; paternal grandfather: Gerardo Olvera.
