Michelle Ann Marcus

MICHELLE ANN (GRANDMONT) MARCUS, 56, of Bellville, Texas, passed away Friday, February 16, 2024, in Bellville.

She was born September 4, 1967, in Brooklyn, New York, the daughter of Raymond Louie and Carol Ann Zeissemer Grandmont.  Michelle grew up and attended schools in Long Island, New York.  She was an active member of the Christian Faith Church in Bellville until her health started to fail her. Michelle was united in marriage to Kenneth Lee Marcus on December 9, 2007, in Bellville, Texas.  In her spare time, she enjoyed painting.  Michelle had a passion for ministering, especially prison ministries.

She is survived by her husband: Ken Marcus of Bellville; daughter: Michelle Marie Reither and her boyfriend, Morgan Dowdy, of Amarillo; sons: Justin David Grandmont and his wife, Kelli, and Kaleb Scott Marcus; both of Bellville; sisters: Jeanette Marie Grandmont of South Lake, Michigan, Lisa Marie Jarrell and her husband, Claude, of Gordon, Texas, and Samantha Boscu-Calves of Port St. Lucie, Florida; and numerous other family members and dear friends.

Michelle was preceded by her parents: Raymond and Carol Grandmont.
