Tammy Lyn (Zettel) Mcfarland

TAMMY (ZETTEL) McFARLAND, 44, Austin, Texas, passed away Monday, January 15, 2018, in Austin. She was born February 23, 1973, in Houston, Texas, the daughter of Henry and Susan (Herndon) Zettel. Tammy grew up and attended schools in the Alief area, graduating from Alief Elsik High School, in 1992. She was employed in the Call Center for a hotel chain, in Austin.  Tammy was also work for Alief Independent School District as a Crossing Guard and for Bellville Independent School District as a Bus Monitor for special needs children.  She enjoyed reading, embroidering and sewing in her spare time. Tammy is survived by her daughter: Amanda Lyn Rich of Austin; parents: Henry and Susan Zettel of Industry and aunts: Phyllis Ann Herndon and Teresa Stark, both of Industry; Godmother: Debbie Epperson of Florida and Godfather and Uncle: Charlie Zettel and his wife, Darlene of Industry; cousins: Lisa Kaspar and her husband, Greg, of Industry and Quintes Stark and his wife, Elida, of Industry; and numerous other dear relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her grandparents and her uncle, Q.W. Stark.
