TESS MARIE DODGE FALK, 60, of Brenham, Texas, formally of Bellville, passed away Friday, November 15, 2019, in Brenham.

She was born November 26, 1958, in Texas City, Texas, the daughter of Elton and Camilla (Benestante) Dodge. Tess grew up and attended schools in the Houston area, graduating from Dobie High School.

She (along with her first husband, Jeff Falk) were blessed with two boys, Adam Joseph and Justin Wayne. Tess was a very kind and caring person with a giving heart. Her love for helping and serving other was always above and beyond. She had a bright and loving smile that would light up a room. Tess had a love for children and as she worked in the school cafeterias and daycare centers, you would see the passion show in her work. She began her life with her best friend and husband, Jack Murphy on June 16, 2003. Tess enjoyed attended craft shows, and helping Jack with his horse art. She also enjoyed shopping with friends, talking on the phone and finding new restaurants all-around.

Tess is survived by her husband : Jack Murphy of Brenham; sons: Adam Falk of Columbus and Justin Falk of Bellville; sister: Gayle Ortize and her husband, Daniel, of Austin; brother: Wade Dodge and his wife, Denise, of The Villages, Leesburg, Florida; father of her boys: Jeff Falk of Bellville and numerous other dear family and friends.
