William "Billy" James Schlottman

William “Billy” James Schlottman, 76, passed away on Wednesday, August 4, 2021, in College Station, Texas.

Billy was born February 26, 1945, in Bellville, Texas, to Herman Otto and Adeline Bertha (Engling) Schlottman. He grew up in the Katy, Texas area, graduating from Katy High School. On October 7, 1966, Billy was united in marriage to Patricia Ann Perez in Brookshire, Texas. He worked as a fuel superintendent. Billy was a loving brother, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. He cherished every opportunity to spend time with his family. He also enjoyed being outside farming and barbequing.

He is survived by his daughter: Helen Martin and husband, T.J., of Brenham; sons: Troy Schlottman of Grand Junction, CO, William J. Schlottman, II and wife, Jessica, of Bryan, and Wesley B. Schlottman and wife, Michelle, of Spring; grandchildren: Brailee, Tyler, Jacob, Alexis, Garrett, Sierra, Mason, and Olivia; great-grandchildren: Braelynn, Jace, Benjamin, and Evelyn; sister: Katheryn E. Boyer of Houston; niece: Claire; brother-in-law: Jerry Perez; dear friends: Gary, Lynn and Dora Ann Gostecnik; fellow Katy High School Class of 1963 graduates; and numerous friends.

Billy is preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Schlottman, and parents, Herman and Adeline Schlottman.
